SOAR Summit is not just built on this belief, but also built on the imagery, and journey of an eagle, SOARING high, reaching the great heights where it is the most powerful, SOARING on the wind, free to be its highest potential and power. But as it SOARs higher, there are other influences trying to stop it, trying to pull it back down. One of these is the crow, pecking at it as it flies higher. If the eagle stops to fight off the crows and the other influences trying to stop it SOARING, it will fall to the ground. If it continues to SOAR on its own path to what makes it happy, the crow and others won’t be able to fly that high and fall away. I love this analogy and relate it to our own journeys to SOAR, with so many outside influences, societal norms, or others trying to stop us. At SOAR Summits, individuals find their own wings to SOAR and strategies to counteract the outside influences through a variety of topics, conversations, realisations, adventures, and a blend of learning environments for all as the magic happens in different places for different people.
